Trang has extensive experience placing emerging leader and executive talent, working with C-level and board leadership across many industries, with a focus on technology.

Working as a talent acquisition leader in the technology sector for 15 years, Trang has transformed recruiting functions for mid-size to Fortune 500 companies to help them meet their goals.

Prior to DHR, Trang was a Partner with Cabot Consultants, a five-time Forbes Best Executive Recruiting Firm, which joined the Jobplex platform in 2022. Earlier, she was senior director of global talent acquisition for Deltek and Ellucian, providing executive recruiting in sales, marketing, research and development, and other corporate functions.

Trang earned a Bachelor of Science in consumer economics at University of Maryland and a Master of Science in personnel and human resources at American University.
