Ron Kunze

Managing Partner - Munich

Ron serves as Managing Partner in the Advanced Technology Practice Group, based out of the firm’s Munich office.

A passionate international executive search and global talent advisor, Ron is a strategic partner to clients and candidates across various European and DACH region industries.

With 15 years of experience in the digital industry, Ron specializes in executive placements within digital marketing, e-commerce, media and telecommunications, and technology. Ron’s clients range from large consumer brands to fast-growing, innovative start-ups.

Prior to joining DHR, Ron served as Managing Director for a human resources consulting agency, focusing on new commerce and digital growth. Before that, Ron worked within large e-commerce and consumer brands, including Amazon, Coca-Cola, and Groupon. Ron enjoys traveling, podcasts, skiing with his family, and opening a bottle of good wine with his wife and friends when off work.

Ron holds a degree in Business Economics in Munich (TUM).
