Brian Cabral

With experience in leading CEO and other executive searches, planning succession strategies, and advising on top team effectiveness projects, he brings a dynamic approach to serving clients.

Brian has more than two decades of executive search experience that encompasses IT and IT-enabled services, advanced technology, and digital. Additionally, he’s advised clients in the building materials, retail, consumer, and market research sectors.

Before joining DHR, Brian was Executive Director of a leading Indian executive search and talent advisory firm, where he recruited a broad range of senior executives in product, engineering, strategy, operations, general management, sales and marketing, human resources, and finance for privately held and publicly traded firms.

Brian received a bachelor’s degree in production engineering from Nagpur University and a diploma in mechanical engineering from Mumbai University.
