
Sarah’s unique perspective is grounded in firsthand experience. Before entering executive search, Sarah held leadership roles across operations, customer service, project management, finance, and sales – giving her a 360-degree view of business performance. Her deep understanding of supply chain and manufacturing environments enables her to identify leaders who drive efficiency, scalability, and innovation. She’s also skilled at building leadership development programs that strengthen team performance and retention.
Before joining DHR, Sarah spent nearly a decade specializing in executive search, with a particular focus on operations and supply chain leadership for private equity-backed, consumer, and healthcare organizations. Most recently, she was a Senior Vice President at a healthcare executive search firm, where she led searches for C-level and senior operations executives.
Earlier in her career, Sarah held operational and sales leadership roles at private equity and publicly held companies in the consumer sector, including Heritage Home Group and Sara Lee. In these roles, she led manufacturing operations, managed supply chain logistics, and oversaw cross-functional teams, giving her a robust foundation in operational strategy and execution.
Sarah is also passionate about mentoring and leadership development. She volunteers with the REACH Women’s Network, which promotes gender equity and economic advancement by elevating women’s influence in the workplace.
