Robert Kobayashi

In addition to excelling in business development, Robert is highly skilled in executive search, consulting, cross-functional team leadership, and executive management. He’s built and maintained strong relationships with top-tier Japanese executives, nurturing lasting connections and synergies.

Throughout his career, Robert has provided leadership and extensive expertise in the financial services, technology, and industrial sectors, placing top executives within leading organizations. His global focus has allowed him to develop a deep understanding of international markets and cultural dynamics and form strong enduring partnerships.

Before his career in executive search, Robert worked at the Bank of Tokyo-Mitsubishi, where he managed the Corporate Banking Divisions in Tokyo and Chicago, the Human Resources Department in New York, and the European Credit Division in London.

Robert earned a Master of Business Administration from New York University’s Stern School of Business and a bachelor’s degree in economics from Keio University in Tokyo.
