Mathew Dixon

Mathew is an advocate for driving diversity and innovation in the industry, and places this at the forefront of all the work he delivers. He was the co-author of the first Europe-wide DEI report analyzing the fashion industry, providing real-time data to challenge and enable clients to deliver positive change and equity. In addition to his work at DHR Global, he is passionate about developing the leaders of tomorrow and is a mentor for the Fashion Minority Report and a lecturer on the BA Fashion Business degree at the Istituto Marangoni business school.

Prior to joining DHR, Mathew served as Director, Fashion and Luxury at a London-based executive search and leadership advisory firm working across all consumer-facing industries. Before that, he was the Vice President, Executive Search at a US based advisory firm. Additionally, Mathew was a Director for over a decade for an executive search firm that focused on global luxury goods and services.

Mathew holds a first-class bachelor’s degree in Fashion Marketing from Northumbria University.
