He has over 20 years of recruiting and consulting experience for a wide variety of organizations ranging from private businesses to publicly traded technology and Fortune 500 companies to investment funds.

Steve has a diverse assignment history in agriculture, food, next-generation energy, advanced sciences, and sophisticated IT-related ventures. He has successfully placed CEOs, Board Directors, Senior Technology Executives and their teams for a range of clients within all functional disciplines including synbio, agtech, next-generation human and animal nutrition and therapeutics, consumer products, plant genetics, horticulture, IoT, AI, distributed power generation, energy efficiency, water technology, and advanced lighting and sensors.
