Matt O’Connell

Matt O’Connell is a principal in True’s People, Talent & Legal practice based out of Fairfield, CT. His experience has focused on human capital at hyper-growth companies in the professional services, marketplace, and technology industries. Prior to joining True, he worked in talent strategy at Andela and Axiom Global, as well as investment research at AlphaSights.

He graduated from Boston College where he majored in history and was President of the University Chorale. In his free time, he enjoys working on his house, trying to exhaust his black lab, and being outdoors.
