Passionate about connecting the right people with the right opportunities, Grant works with financial services, fintech, realtech, and consumer tech clients to attract, engage, and enable the success of executive and board-level talent.

Prior to joining True, Grant spent nine years with SEBA International, a boutique executive search firm, working with public, private, and FC/PE-backed clients across the product, GM, analytics, finance, marketing, risk, compliance, and legal functions.

Grant attended Tufts University, where he earned a bachelor’s degree in english and media studies. He began his career in corporate communications with KPMG.
