Rosie Vavasour

Rosie is a principal in True’s Singapore office.

Prior to joining True, Rosie worked at a boutique executive search business and at Korn Ferry in the EMEA consumer practice where she primarily worked on searches within the retail space with businesses from Dr Martens to Walgreens Boots Alliance. She also contributed to a number of high profile thought leadership pieces. In 2018, Rosie was given the opportunity to transfer to Singapore and has spent the past two years working on consumer focused assignments across Asia Pacific. Alongside her search work, Rosie helped build out Korn Ferry’s diversity and inclusion capabilities across the region, something that is a personal passion.

Rosie was born and raised in the UK and received a degree in history from the University of Exeter.
