Shella joined True with 15 years of executive search experience, spending the bulk of her search career at Heidrick & Struggles, initially as a member of the Digital Media, Entertainment & Sports Practice before transitioning to the Retail, Fashion & Luxury Practice. Her professional career began as a Consultant at Deloitte and Touche LLP in the Transfer Pricing Division, where she analyzed and resolved international tax and finance issues faced by multinational corporations.
