Gerard is a principal at True in the Product, Data & Technology and FinTech & Financial Services practices. He specializes in recruiting, developing, and assessing CxO and VP level talent for financial technology and payments companies.

Gerard joined True from Korn Ferry, where he was a member of the global technology practice. At Korn Ferry, Gerard conducted senior-level searches across technology, finance, and go-to-market functions for software, fintech, and payments companies.

Prior to joining Korn Ferry, Gerard served clients in the technology and financial services sectors at Russell Reynolds Associates. Earlier in his career, Gerard worked at McMaster-Carr Supply Company. Outside of work, Gerard serves on a few boards of non-profit organizations, including Camp Twin Lakes and Jumpstart.

Gerard received his Bachelor of Arts degree in political science from Davidson College, where he also served as Student Body President.
