Nelamar Piñeiro

Nelamar is a principal with deep expertise in leading global and cross-border searches for CEOs, presidents, COOs, and other top leadership positions across multiple industries. She brings extensive international experience from years of living and working in the U.S., Latin America, and Europe. Nelamar has worked for clients ranging from large or public corporations to high-growth startups, as well as private equity and family-owned companies.

Prior to joining True, Nelamar created and led executive recruitment at REEF Technology, a hyper-growth unicorn disruptor. Previously she worked with two global retained search firms, Spencer Stuart and Heidrick & Struggles, in their consumer and industrial practices. Nelamar’s professional career started in strategic marketing in an Americas B2B technology startup backed by Telecom Italia Group and then moved to the group’s French B2C operator.

Holding a Bachelor of Arts degree in international affairs from John Cabot University in Rome, Italy, Nelamar is fluent in English, Spanish, Italian and French. She and her family reside in Miami, Florida.
