Cristina-Elena Pestrea

Cristina-Elena is a principal in our Berlin Office.  With over six years of professional experience in executive search, she sits in our Go-to-Market and CEO/Board practices, hiring senior executives for leading high-growth venture capital and private equity-backed technology companies.  Prior to joining executive search, Cristina was managing director of a Berlin-based cultural institute.

Cristina has a bachelor’s degree in sociology completed in Romania and Spain and an International master’s degree in management of cultural landscapes completed in France, Italy and Germany.
