Reema D’Souza

Principal

Reema is a principal in True’s Product, Data & Technology Practice, delivering senior leadership roles with a focus on deep-technology application and growth. She has a background in investment advisory, working with technology businesses on their capital, market and international expansion strategies.

Prior to joining True, Reema was an associate director at Investment NSW, leading trade markets and investment attraction in the technology sector. She successfully led investment partnerships, funding and expansion to deliver on commercial and strategic growth. At PWC Sydney, as a member of the Deals and M&A business units, Reema helped raise capital for fast growing technology businesses, working with PE and VC firms with their investment mandates.

Reema holds a Bachelor of Engineering degree in electrical and electronics and certifications in global business from Harvard Business School.
