Baldeep Bains-Toor

Baldeep is a principal in the Finance practice in True’s London office. She has extensive experience in placing chief financial officers and their direct reports, across a number of sectors and ownership structures.

Before joining True, Baldeep spent her career at board-level search firms, The Zygos Partnership and Russell Reynolds, where her focus was CFO and senior finance appointments, in addition to working on non-executive mandates.

Baldeep studied english at Royal Holloway, University of London, after which she completed her LLB.
