David brings 20+ years experience balanced between search firms serving high-growth telecoms and technology markets and leading corporate talent functions for transformative technology businesses.

He led talent for Juniper Networks as they landed in EMEA, supporting their expansion in the region and created the talent function for Nokia in Europe as they re-emerged as a software and services vendor.

Prior to True, David worked for a boutique search firm supporting vendors’ GTM transformations to SaaS.
