As a Partner in True’s London office, Josefin finds the best C-level leaders to scale up high-growth internet, software, and technology businesses across EMEA. She works across functional areas, with a special interest in modern People/Talent/HR. Before joining True, she was the Business Transformation Director for Thomson Reuters IP & Science (now Clarivate Analytics) prior to its divestiture to private equity. She has held a variety of global talent, change, and OD roles at Time Warner in London and New York, and led client services excellence at edtech start-up The Knowledge Engineers.

She holds a Master of Laws (LL.M) from Stockholm University, and studied at Berklee College of Music in Boston, MA. In a previous career, she was a professional singer and musician – and is still an active member of the London Symphony Chorus.
