Jessica is a partner in True’s Healthcare and Life Sciences practices.

Prior to True, Jessica was a principal within Korn Ferry’s global healthcare & life sciences practice. She was one of the founding members of their specialized healthcare technology practice and launched the healthcare technology practice for Korn Ferry Professional Search (formerly Futurestep).

During her fifteen years with Korn Ferry, Jessica and her team delivered excellent service to clients across the health & life sciences sectors including: providers, payors, pharma, biotech, health and life sciences technology and technology enabled services companies. Jessica’s client work includes more than 500 executive search assignments across a broad range of executive functions spanning non-profit, public, for profit, venture capital, private equity and Fortune 500 organizations. Prior to that, Jessica spent five years working at Cerner Corporation, a leading healthcare technology organization, in a variety of sales and account management leadership positions.

For the last 10 years Jessica has resided in San Clemente, a cool surf beach town in Southern California, with her husband Ryan and son Connor who is in 4th grade.
