Michał is a partner in True’s Berlin office with a special focus on the Central & Eastern Europe region.

He has spent the last several years of his career supporting key players in the CEE region in their growth and transitions stemming from global market changes. He specializes in global search mandates for board level and C-Suite hires, with solid experience in relocating top talent internationally. With his focus on go-to-market roles, Michał recruits best-in-class sales, marketing and customer success professionals for high growth venture capital and private equity-backed technology businesses.

Michał has almost 20 years of executive search experience, the vast majority of which he spent in his native Poland. He lives in Warsaw, where along with his wife they are enjoying newly found parenthood.

He earned his Master of Arts from the Warsaw School of Economics and supplemented his education with an Advanced Management Program at IESE, Barcelona.
