Chris is a Principal at True, accompanying daring founders & investors of fast-growing tech companies in hiring executives in engineering & product. His track record has gained him high credibility, and he is a trusted advisor to VC & PE-backed companies – mainly in SaaS, FinTech, and Consumer Internet. Having partnered closely with them, he is familiar with the challenges and opportunities the leadership team faces while tech companies are undergoing high growth.

In particular, Chris assesses leaders on how they enable a culture, which elevates development productivity, software delivery performance, and organizational performance. Therefore his functional expertise is mainly about building and scaling agile, lean, autonomous & high-performing teams.

Prior to joining True, Chris worked as a consultant with a boutique executive search firm, and with an internationally renowned recruitment consultancy. Before this, he worked as a senior advisor and head of staff of a Federal Minister of Germany.
