Sam manages the Berlin office for True, leading Board and CxO searches in EMEA and the US for high growth technology companies with a focus on venture capital-backed clients undergoing hyper growth and international expansion. Sam brings 10+ years of experience to executive searches.

Prior to joining True, Sam served as a Consultant for Renovata Partners, a boutique executive search firm focused venture capital and private equity-backed consumer internet and SaaS companies. Initially working out of London, Sam moved to Berlin in 2013 to continue working on international mandates for GTM and technology hires.

Sam earned his BA degree in History from the University of Oregon and his MA from University College London.
