Joe joined True as the second member of the West Coast team shortly after the firm was launched. As a Partner, Joe has been a key contributor to a number of C-suite and CEO searches, predominantly with venture-backed enterprise software companies. He also specializes in West Coast focused Investment Professional Searches. Some notable clients include Checkr, Egnyte, Github, MongoDB, Mirantis, Shape Security, Twitch, Workfront, Zenefits, and DFJ Growth.

Joe earned a B.S. and MBA from the Pennsylvania State University. Outside of work, Joe and his family can be found enjoying the summers and winters in Tahoe or the beaches of Carmel, CA.
