Ginna is a principal in True’s Life Sciences practice.

Prior to True, Ginna spent more than 15 years in recruitment/staffing at Medix where she spent the last three years building their healthcare and life sciences leadership search practice. At Medix, she focused in healthcare and life sciences, including: health IT, rev cycle, value based care, health plans, diagnostics, pharma, biotech, clinical research organizations, business development, new division launch, search execution and account management.

Ginna holds a bachelor’s degree in communications from the University of Arizona.
