Matt Despoth

Matt is a principal in True’s Go-To-Market practice, recruiting VP and C-suite executives across sales, marketing and customer success functions, as well as sales operations and revenue operations roles.

Prior to joining True, Matt worked for ON Partners where he recruited C-suite and VP level candidates for high-growth tech companies across multiple functions. Before that, Matt worked at CTPartners and in a sales and leadership position at Key Bank.

Matt received a Bachelor of Science degree in finance from John Carroll University. He currently resides in Cleveland, Ohio, with his wife Veronica, his daughter Bronwyn and his son Wells.
