Adam is a Partner in the Australia and New Zealand office based in Sydney. He leads the FinTech and Financial Services practice across ANZ as well as the Financial Officers practice across Asia Pacific.

Prior to joining True Search, Adam was a Partner at Watermark Search International and has spent the last 20 years in Search and Recruitment across the Asia Pacific region where he has held Director and Partner positions.

He is an experienced Search Partner, whose life’s work is partnering Founders, Investors, Boards and Executive Leadership Teams navigate their way through the strategic inflection points their organisations encounter.

He has worked across all asset classes of companies across Asia Pacific; Venture Capital, Private Equity backed, Publicly Listed and Private Companies.
