A highly passionate and personable Principal with nine years executive search experience working with entrepreneurial, high-growth and investor backed technology and consumer clients across EMEA.

At True, Emma sits within the Go to Market and Finance practices working on C-Suite and Senior Leadership roles with both B2C & B2B venture capital and private equity backed technology clients. Working broadly across EMEA, Emma has a particular focus on DACH having grown up in Berlin.

Previously, Emma was Senior Consultant and DACH Lead at 360Leaders, responsible for successfully growing the client base and delivering exceptional searches across Germany working with the most exciting start-ups, founders and VC investors.

Her earlier career was spent working in the private equity practice at The MBS Group, a consumer specialist executive search firm, where she delivered CEO, CFO & Digital Director searches across the retail, leisure, fashion & PCG sectors.
