Matthew partners with VC/PE-backed SaaS companies to hire some of the most critical customer-facing functions on their executive team: Professional Services, Customer Success & Customer Support.

Since 2015, he built a deep network of post-sales executives across the SaaS world and placed executives at growth companies such as Adaptive Insights (acq. by Workday), Addepar, Civitas Learning, Datto and Mark43.

Matthew joined True in 2014 as employee #52. During his tenure, he also co-led talent acquisition at True growing the firm from 300 to 700 people.

Matthew graduated with a Bachelor of Arts degree in history from Gettysburg College and a Master of Arts degree in communication from Fairfield University.
