Dana is a senior associate at True, where she focuses on CEO, president, and board level searches in the Consumer practice. Prior to True, Dana led global markets recruiting and executive search at Knotel. Dana also formerly worked at Daversa partners, where she focused on executive search within the healthcare tech vertical.

Dana graduated from Cornell University with a Bachelor of Arts degree in industrial and labor relations.
