Alex specializes in leadership searches for Internet, Software and FinTech investments of leading venture capital firms. Prior to joining True, Alex ran his own boutique search firm with a focus on early stage VC backed tech startups and the initial leadership hires for international companies expanding into APAC. He brings over ten years’ executive search experience, including five years at Korn Ferry within the technology practice, specialising in commercial and technical leadership hiring. Alex has been a recruiter in Asia for more than five years and has previously lived in London and San Francisco. Alex is a proud father of identical twin girls and has a strong passion for all things sport; in particular tennis, skiing, football.
