Gina recruits senior leaders within high-growth technology portfolio companies, including SaaS, e-commerce, internet, and consumer.  Gina’s experience spans multiple C-suite functions, as well as marketing and sales leadership roles.

To add a bit a complexity, depth, and the occasional confusion to her search experience, Gina was previously a member of both the VC/PE and professional services practices of Caldwell Partners, where she divided her time between the recruitment of C-suite law firm executives, and marketing, sales and product leaders in venture-backed B2B/B2C portfolio companies.

Earlier, Gina was a member of the global technology strategy practice at Heidrick & Struggles, where she focused on senior-level technology functional roles, including CTO and CIO, as well as professional services executives.  Prior to Heidrick, Gina was a director in the professional services practice at CTPartners where she focused on placing consulting executives and board-level placements.  Gina began her search career as a senior associate with Korn/Ferry International as a member of the global consumer products practice.

Gina graduated from DePaul University with a major in media communications.
