Kathleen Scheld

Kathleen focuses on executive appointments across FinTech where she specializes in CEO, President, CFO, and COO roles. She works closely with Private Equity and Venture Capital firms at both the operating partner level as well as within their portfolio companies.

Prior to joining True, Kathleen worked at a boutique search firm where she focused on C-Suite and Board positions for clients ranging from Fortune 100 to small private companies. Prior to executive search, Kathleen was in J.P. Morgan’s Private Bank, where she focused on business development with corporate executives, entrepreneurs, and private foundations. She started her career as a Client Relationship Manager with Goldman Sachs, where she delivered targeted solutions for not-for-profit, insurance, and pension institutional clients across the US.

Kathleen holds a BA in Psychology and Spanish from Amherst College. While at Amherst, Kathleen was Captain of the Women’s Lacrosse Team. She serves as the Alumni Coordinator for the Amherst Association of New York.
