Pamela Golding

Pamela is a member of the Investment Professionals practice at True. The majority of her career has been spent placing investors across levels at venture funds, growth funds, private equity funds, and public equities. With over a decade of search experience placing both investors and operators at PE/VC funds and portfolio companies, Pamela has created founding teams at new funds and built out existing teams at established funds.

Most recently, Pamela spent over three years placing VP and C-suite candidates at PE/VC backed technology and healthcare companies. This work spanned across functions including CFO, CRO, COO, and CCO, among others. Her earlier career was at J.P. Morgan in the private bank partnering closely with the investment bank to cross-sell the firm’s services.

Pamela currently resides in NJ with her husband and three children. She is an active planner, walker, and general lover of activities!
