Natalie is a senior associate, working out of the New York office. Prior to joining True, Natalie worked at HR Equity, an HR and talent acquisition consulting firm focused on partnering with leadership teams at technology companies. Prior to HR Equity, Natalie worked as the head of talent acquisition and HRBP at one of the fastest growing B2B SaaS companies in NY, automotiveMastermind (aM), where she spent two years as head of talent acquisition and HR business partner.

She recruited a multitude of cross-functional positions, with an emphasis on sales, ranging from individual contributors to senior leaders.
