Linsay is a partner in the Consumer practice in True’s London office. She leads CEO and board searches for private equity and public companies and specializes in placing transformational leaders into businesses going through a transition.
Linsay has over 15 years of search experience as a partner leading consumer, retail and leisure assignments internationally. Earlier in her career, at Monitor Company, she led marketing strategy projects for a range of companies across Europe. Her consulting work drew upon her experience as marketing director of the private equity-backed spa and products group, the Sanctuary, and her management of Johnson & Johnson’s leading skincare brand, Neutrogena.
Linsay has an MBA from Harvard Business School and a MA in modern history from the University of Oxford. She is a Trustee of Kids in Museums.
