Maitane Serna

Principal

Maitane is a senior associate in True’s London office. She works closely with the EMEA partner group, with a focus on the french-speaking and southern european markets, helping high-growth internet, software and technology businesses to hire world class talent. Prior to that, Maitane worked in Brussels for Lancor—a boutique search firm—where she delivered a variety of assignments for global VC/PE-backed/public technology, retail and telco businesses.

Maitane speaks native Spanish and Basque as well as fluent French and English. She earned a law and economics degree at Deusto University.
