Matt comes to True with a unique perspective having served as an operator, investor and board member at high growth technology companies across various stages of growth through liquidity. Matt previously collaborated with True as a client to build teams while the CEO of Attend (acquired by Event Farm), SVP Strategy & Corp Dev of Applause (acquired by Vista Equity Partners), EVP Strategy and BD of Threat Stack and as a Board Member of Sonian (acquired by Barracuda Networks).

His experience as an integral part of boards and management teams enables him to quickly internalize the complex dynamics of rapidly growing companies and thus advise on searches as an extended member of the team.
