An 18 year veteran in the tech industry, Yoko has over 12 years of field experience in product management at seed, venture-backed and public companies. Her years on the ground as a PM leader allow her to bring a unique perspective when collaborating with clients on their product, data and technology searches, and an extensive network of experienced executives to the table.

Prior to True, Yoko led the San Francisco business at The MitchelLake Group, a boutique executive search firm headquartered in Sydney, Australia.

Yoko holds two bachelor degrees (Anthropology and Psychology) and an MBA from the University of California, Los Angeles.
