Partner

JC joined True as a Partner in the firm’s San Francisco office. He specializes in recruiting GTM and Design executives for venture and private equity backed technology companies. JC was a key member during Foundation Talent’s growth and integration into True with some notable clients including GitHub, Uber, Cypress.io, Asana, Getaround and Credit Karma.

Prior to Foundation Talent, JC was Salesforce’s Lead Marketing Recruiter staffing over 160 global hires while the company rapidly scaled from 7,500 to 15k employees. He also led design recruiting for Razorfish’s West Coast offices.

JC graduated with a B.S.D in Design with emphasis in Architectural Studies from Arizona State University.
