Teresa Curtis

Principal

Teresa is a senior associate in the Boston office within the Healthcare practice. Prior to True, she worked in communication and change management consulting at Willis Towers Watson where she contributed to projects aimed at helping organizations develop strategies to improve employee engagement
and business performance. She has worked with clients from a wide range of industries, including pharmaceuticals, healthcare and financial services.

Teresa also spent five years at Eaton Vance in recruitment and development. She has experience in developing recruiting strategies to meet corporate and industry needs and in creating business value through more informed hiring decisions. She is passionate about helping people and organizations realize
their full potential.

Teresa received her Bachelor of Arts degree at Holy Cross and her Master of Business Administration degree from the Carroll School of Management at Boston College where she concentrated in leadership and management.
