Aaron Walker

Based out of True’s Philadelphia office, Aaron is a member of both the Gaming, Media, & Entertainment and Go-to-Market practices. During his tenure, he has partnered with high growth technology companies placing senior leaders in Sales, Marketing, Strategy, and Operations.

Aaron joined True from his role as an Executive Recruiting leader at Vanguard. Prior to Vanguard, he was the Talent Partner for New Business Incubation & Strategy at Comcast. There he developed human capital & talent acquisition strategies that were essential to new product launches, corporate partnerships, and M&A. His diverse background also includes leading Strategic Partnerships & Alliances for a Sports Media start-up as well as time spent as a Golf Professional. He is incredibly passionate about building strong teams and long-lasting relationships that drive business success.

Aaron played Basketball at Gettysburg College and obtained a BA in Business Management with a Spanish Language concentration. He currently lives in the Philadelphia suburbs with his wife Bridget.
