Bobby is a practice lead of True’s Climate Technology practice. A founder of Hobbs & Towne Inc. (acquired by True, 2021), Bobby is a pioneer in Executive Search within the Alternative Energy, Energy Technology, CleanTech, Climate Tech and Sustainability sectors.

He has become a recognized expert in the field, and has established himself as a value-added resource to investors and portfolio companies in the areas of human capital, market intelligence, business development, strategic alliances and capital raising. He has successfully completed Board-level, CEO and other C-level searches, as well as VP-level assignments with VC & PE-backed companies across multiple technology sectors. Bobby has worked closely with some of the world’s top venture capital investors and placed executives who have been instrumental in leading the growth and successful liquidity for many of these investors.

Bobby earned a bachelor’s degree in English literature from Denison University.
