Principal

Melissa specializes in investment professional searches at True. She joined the firm after spending three years at Ratio Advisors, where she focused on investment professional searches across a variety of industries and levels. Prior to that, she spent two years as a sales trader on the equity derivatives team at Nomura.

Melissa has a Bachelor of Arts degree in psychology from Yale University where she was also a member of the Yale women’s soccer team. She loves walking the West Side Highway, trying new restaurants with friends, and cheering on her beloved Boston sports teams.
