Kate Nolde brings to her clients a deep knowledge of the complete life cycle of the search process, and a consultative style that emphasizes listening, inclusion, transparency, and persistence. In her more than 18 years of experience in executive recruitment for higher education, she has developed an expansive network of education administrators in all cabinet level, presidential, Dean, director, and other positions across the U.S. She has served colleges and universities in all sectors including two- and four-year, private and public, catholic and other faith-based, struggling and flourishing, and urban and remote locations. Over her career, Kate has assisted clients in hundreds of searches across the administrative layers in higher education, giving her a deep understanding the varying functions of leadership within the administrative and academic structure. Her experience provides clients the breadth of understanding of how institutions differ, and how certain styles of leadership or expertise work and do not work. Kate has personally interviewed hundreds of professionals for positions across academia and provides clients and search committees the important and necessary data and personal information about candidates to assist search committees in making informed decisions in advancing candidates in each search. She has provided counsel and support in partnership with Boards of Trustees, Presidents, Vice Presidents, Deans and Search Committees with a commitment to the mission of the client institution and a successful outcome for every search in which she has the honor to partner.
