Kelly Daniels joined Academic Search in April 2012. In her current role as Director of Operations, she has an enterprise-wide view of the organization and is focused on the big picture projects. As part of her responsibilities, Kelly is responsible for the overall planning, organizing, and execution of all IT functions at Academic Search. This includes directing all IT operations to meet client requirements, as well as the support and maintenance of existing applications and development of new technical solutions. Kelly has continuous supervision over the firm’s server and mobile infrastructure.
Kelly maintains continuous development of the Academic Search website and manages all confidential search-committee websites. She also assists in maintaining the American Academic Leadership Institute (AALI) website. Kelly has a deep understanding of the search process and has partnered on several searches as an Associate Consultant. She is also responsible for strategically assigning Consultants and Associate Consultants to searches awarded.
Prior to her current role, Kelly has served as Director of Technology and Research Services and Technology Coordinator and Webmaster of the organization. Kelly has extensive training in research, sourcing, networking, due diligence, and data protection. She has obtained her Certificate in Executive Research (CER) from the Association of Executive Search and Leadership Consultants (AESC) in June 2021. Kelly graduated from Bloomsburg University of Pennsylvania with a Bachelor of Arts degree in mass communications and a minor in communication studies.
