Dan Meola

Director of Technology

Mr. Dan Meola joined Academic Search in 2023 as the Director of Technology Services. He has a decade of experience in executive search and recruiting environments, where he has managed information technology resources and delivered research services. In these roles, he has provided direct user support and conducted all organizational technology training, while overseeing a variety of high-impact system migrations and managing relationships with technology vendors.

Mr. Meola has also directed data management work to ensure the accuracy of information resources and supervised the work of data entry and research support teams. In previous client-facing roles, he worked on talent intelligence and labor market research projects for clients in the healthcare and biotechnology industries. Before his work in executive search and recruiting, he also served in a records management role at a Big Four accounting/consulting firm.

Mr. Meola earned his master’s degree in library and information science from the University of South Carolina and a bachelor’s degree in political science from Rutgers University.
