Ms. Jordan Horvath joined Academic Search in the Associate Consultant role in 2024. To this role, she brings her expertise in research and communication as well as over a decade of experience in higher education and adjacent fields. She is passionate about higher education and finds a great deal of satisfaction in helping to ensure that individuals and institutions have the resources they need to achieve their goals.
Prior to starting in this role, she worked as a rater and scoring leader assessing constructed response essays for a variety of exams used to assess written communication skills in academic and professional settings. She has also taught courses in writing and worked as a freelance copy editor and proofreader, helping clients polish their academic, professional, and personal writing.
Ms. Horvath has a bachelor’s degree from SUNY Fredonia where she studied English and philosophy. She also has a master’s degree in English from Purdue University where her research focused on contemporary American literature.
