Bailey Gent

Bailey Gent, our outstanding spring intern, will be staying on as a Research Associate. She will graduate from Regis University in Denver, Colorado in May of 2019 with a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration and a Bachelor of Arts in Peace & Justice Studies. Bailey joined the Washington DC Academic Search staff in the spring of 2018 as an intern. In her work with Academic Search, Bailey has worked to develop diversity and inclusivity materials for the firm. Bailey has previously worked internationally with nonprofits and social enterprises in Africa, Central and South America, and Southeast Asia focused on increasing access to education globally as a means to absolve poverty. Bailey has also worked domestically with education organizations including Florence Crittenton, Junior Achievement, PeaceJam and The National Leadership Academy. Bailey will continue to work with Academic Search while based in Colorado focusing on research support and special projects. Bailey is excited to be a part of the Academic Search team, working to support the hiring of influential and intentional leaders at higher education institutions.
