Tom brings extensive recruiting experience to Stanton Chase with more than 25 years as a Human Resources executive. This includes leading Talent Acquisition functions for several large corporations in the Financial Services, Technology, and Life Sciences & Healthcare sectors. Tom currently leads engagements at Stanton Chase within these sectors. Over the course of his career, Tom has placed hundreds of senior executives in a variety of functions. Most recently, Tom was Vice President of International Technology & Strategic Ventures at Allstate Insurance Company. Previously, he served as Allstate’s Vice President of Talent Acquisition. Before Allstate, Tom was Seagate Technology’s Vice President of Global Staffing & Onboarding.
Earlier in his career, Tom led staffing for Baxter Healthcare’s largest division and he served in the corporate staffing function at American Hospital Supply Corporation. Beyond talent acquisition, Tom’s background also includes significant experience in strategic organization transformation, executive and leadership development, and executive succession. Tom is a member of the Board of Directors of Youth Services of Glenview & Northbrook and the University of Minnesota Center for HR & Labor Studies Advisory Council. He also served on the Corporate Executive Board’s CLC-Recruiting Senior Advisor Forum. Tom earned his MBA from the University of Chicago and a BA in Psychology from the University of Colorado.
