Paul Barton has been with the Miami office of Stanton Chase since 2006 and is a seasoned consultant who has successfully completed executive search engagements in a variety of industries and professions, including financial services, travel & leisure, supply Chain, logistics and transportation, marine industries, chemical & agrichemical industries, and nonprofit. Prior to joining Stanton Chase, Paul was corporate vice president of human resources for the Americas and Europe at Sun Chemical. Previously, he held executive positions in such Fortune 500 companies as Shell Oil, Procter & Gamble, and BFGoodrich. His background is diverse, spanning roles in marketing, sales, operations, strategic planning, and human resources. Earlier in his career, Paul worked with Ernst & Young as a consultant in their Change Management Practice. In addition to his experience in South Florida, Paul has lived and worked in New York, Cleveland, and Toronto. He is active in support of higher education and has served on curriculum review boards and lectured on an ad-hoc basis in the graduate schools of Lynn University, Fairleigh Dickinson, Baldwin-Wallace College, and Cleveland State. Paul is a graduate of McMaster University and currently resides in South Florida.
